The hotel has 51 ensuite bedrooms of a good size which boasts breathtaking views of Ben An and the surrounding countryside. The Hotel has a nine bedroom Covenanters Lodge House which can be booked by groups for that extra special break. The Lodge House is accessed by its own from door or via a walkway from the main hotel building. The Hotel and Lodge House have disabled access.

Each room is tastefully decorated with creams, whites and a touch of tartan. Facilities within the rooms include TV, tea & coffee making facilities and telephone.
